Something has to give. Either the market does NOT believe that TLS will keep there dividends at 28 cents fully franked and is proved to be wrong OR TLS is telling fibs.
I think this is one of those cases that the Market has to be inefficient(wrong). if TLS can get through the next 6months, maintaining its current payout then this sets us up for a strong rebound sometime in 2011.
