So you want better governance, better communication, more honesty and openness from the company. Meanwhile you have created the 'Spacetalk shareholders group' (SSG) discussing things with the intention of keeping the matters discussed under a veil of secrecy from the company. Sounds pretty hypocritical to me...
Spacetalk being a publicly listed company, if you're not happy with the way it's being managed, you're free to sell out your holding at any time.
