The double edge sword here my be the use of the term radioactive in a legal document. In a developed nation, that term is defined by measurements. Given the fact measurements tell us bananas are more radioactive than Condisoil, a campaign to bring Malaysia into the 21st century begins with updating their legal definition of radioactive. It's up to Lynas to launch that campaign ASAP.
