Get rid of the WLP out of Malaysia, accelerate the C&L in Kalgoorlie with an aim to leave Malaysia as soon ss possible. Costs will be higher however there will be certainty.
I said Kalgoorlie because it has a population which might be able to support a new LAMP. Cost cutting could be achieved through lessons learnt in Malaysia and perhaps more automation in a LAMP Mk-02.
