Scumo was too. All the correct protocols were followed apparently.

The problem was;

1. Apparently our constitution allows more than 1 minister in a portfolio at a time. Which btw I think is totally unconstitutional and illegal.
2. The governor general, being a puppet for the prime minister of the day, just swore him in without even apparently seeking legal advice.
3. Neither the governor general or scumo saw fit to tell his own ministers he'd co opted himself into their portfolios, nor did they see fit to advise cabinet, caucus, the parliament or most importantly at all the people!

Imo the worst, the WORST act of political treason this country has ever seen.

Morrison should be in gaol, his parliamentary pension and perks should be stripped and he should forever be known as a traitorous power hungry lying maniac.

I posted so at the time when this story first broke, and my views have not and will not change.
