Yeah there will always be foreclosures BUT the lenders are the ones who allow borrowers to over extend themselves. Irresponsible corporate greed imo. Like the idiots who put up their homes as collateral for a business that fails. Doesn't help the housing crisis and adds to the homeless. The tight financial regs were trashed by the former government and Labor get the blame - it's a joke.
