Not having been a renter for over 50 years, I had no idea that this kind of intrusive behaviour was going on. In fact it's more than intrusive, it's an assault on the personal privacy of the individual, placing him or her in an extremely vulnerable privacy & security position.

Are there no political parties in power with the guts to declare this is not on and they will legislate to prevent it? In saying that I'm aware that they are wall to wall Labor, who should be ashamed of themselves, but the same applies to the opposition who should have dealt with it when they were in power.

I am almost speechless with indignation at this assault on personal privacy
Get off your butts everybody and bombard your members with letters on this issue. If ever there was a wrong to be undone this is it.
