Blame some of the renters for starters that have trashed someone's property for all these rules with all applications.

Everyone has an obligation here, the owner especially with debt needs a working property otherwise the bank may foreclose on them.

The real-estate agent needs to let the property only to people who can pay the rent for starters and have no bad rental history, which a lot have out there today.

The renter needs to have some respect for someone else's property that they have been granted privilege to live in an expensive asset which is not theirs.

Some of that might seem a little tough to some but would you give $600k cash to someone unknown for 12 months and at the end expect to get all the money back plus a little interest without any legal requirement.
