    I do not always agree with Graham on PPX but I do in the case of Harry Boon.

    The facts speak for themselves. He has hardly any shares which indicates little comittment to the company and he is on the Board of too many companies and should be chairman of no more than one.

    We need to shake up this cosy coterie of professional Board directors and appoint more with skin in the game.
