Plan for disasters - they are with us and they will come.
For Australia - the risk is now very clear and present. If you have your home rendered uninhabitable -
where will you go? This is not America - nor France or Europe where there is a large population and many places to go - whether you like them or not - there are places to rent etc.
In Australia people queue in long long queues to inspect rentals - because, there's just not enough
think about this ----------- if we get a Helene -------- where will people go.
Instead of standing with arms folded and saying - that's panic talk -------- try planning.
