the interesting thing is management have oppies at $1.75 so that puts their interests at that level. what did keating say: ''always back self-interest, it's the only horse you can be sure is trying.''

suggests to me that management will be looking at $2 at least. but yeah, looking at those figures could they possibly wheedle a higher bid based on their approval and break fee etc ???

I bet whatever this company goes for we will look back in two years and say ... we were robbed.
