    We must remember that analyst are basically inept bank clerks.So just because he said it is not a full takeover, doesn't mean it is true.

    BHP/RIO wouldn't bother getting 51% of UMC. It is either all or nothing.

    If a smaller outfit wanted UMC, 51% maybe all they can afford but that gives them control to do as they please.

    The fun is only beginning.
