However, you may be onto something regarding why they haven't lodged - the auditors may not be willing to sign off on it if there's any uncertainty about their situation.
It was said somewhere here that YA was happy to wait given the recent asset sale, but I don't know if that was idle rumour or substantiated. The auditors would want something formal about that to be happy.
