Further to this, it was John Clark who head hunted Iron Clad not the other way around.
It seems some of this management team have known each other in the past, and the word has got around about Ironclad, and they all realise this project is a winner.
John Clark still had to go through a bit of grilling before the job was given to him. Ironclad know they have a serious project, and only serious, long term, qualified people need apply, or you will waste your time.
