bought 600gm rtc chicken breast - sliced it up - and cooked .
with some chicken cooking sauce .
also chopped up some vegies - a bit of a hotch potch - but plenty of carrots, some sweet potato, small lebanese cucumbers (not too sure) ) and a couple of diced chilies .. oh also a couple of brussel sprouts and two small spuds
drained the water from the vegies - drank that - and just mixed the vegies with the chicken and got two meals out of it and very very very tasty
