It would be foolish though to be looking for a property for
1M+ thinking that this would happen again and in the meantime increasing their debt from a few hundred thousand to something like 6-700K.
It would be interesting to know how they feel about the next couple having to pay an extra 500 pw to afford the same house they bought 5 years ago? Would they be prepared to pay that now. In effect they are just doing the same by buying their next house from those people who are upgrading...
