Yes, I agree on the balance sheet issue.

I previously wrote that this counter is a binomial situation where the upside potential is massive (anywhere between 5 to 20 times)but the downside potential is very large as well.

I manage to get on internet the performance of the Maoming Fund. (see http://www.trustnetoffshore.com/Factsheets/Factsheet.aspx?fundCode=G5FF2&univ=DC).

It seems these people are very sensible and managed to go through the past crisis pretty much unscratched so I would guess they did not buy 20% of the company and take a very active role in the company to let it go bust afterwards.

Anyway, I guess we shall see by the winter whether or not the new Board and management team can finally deliver on their promises.
