In GXY's last update to the market regarding finance----the legal teams are still working on loan arrangements and SECURITY and hope this to be finalised in April 2010.
No 'done deal'.
They also hope that a drawdown of $40 Million,in April, will coincide with $27.5 Million to be paid by CHRL.
