Excellent announcement. Basically has announced the company involved. However they now need to go through an evaluation stage so there is going to be a decent period of time before we find out what they intend on moving ahead with. There will no doubt be a significant share price rise but I think some people's short-term expectations are a bit over the top. I'll be very happy if it closes anywhere in the 2.5c vicinity.
