Margin lending, never used this facility and dont plan too!! Those margin calls can be annoying!!!
If I were you and have some equity in property get yourself a line of credit and kiss those margin calls goodbye.
When good stocks like BHP you know they will eventually recover and you wont have to lose a thing..
