I agree. I have been using a line of credit since 1992 and have had negative equity on one occasion only since then.
I think that BHP is a long term buy at these prices. However, I wish they would be more generous with their cashflow in. I would hate to see them repeat their investment mistakes of the HBI plant, mineral sands, US copper smelter, the oilfield in Vietnam and currently, Ravensthorpe.
