1. What kind of contract did Brainchip and tensor sign?

Brainchip have not entered into any agreement with Tensor.
Although they have expressed interest in using akida chip, they were not in a position to enroll in the EAP program but that may change once they receive more funding.

2. What's going on with the nasa project in Vorago?

Vorago did win the phase II work on the project.if they are funded, brainchip will continue to work with them to achieve the objectives of their project for NASA.

3. Are the kits ordered from NASA separate from tensor and vorago?

Yes, this is now a direct relationship with NASA so they can evaluate the use of Akida for a variety of different applications. Brainchip believe Akida is a good fit for several of the applications they are currently researching.

4. Is AKIDA IP to be used in Renesas a spiking neural network(SNN)?

Yes, but brainchip can't disclose what kind of areas the soc that renesas creates belongs to.

5. Can shareholders know the details such as the amount of royalty BRN receives?

brainchip cannot release the Renesas financial details but Brainchip will report royalty revenues going forward.

6. Can AKIDA IP be used for all chips made by Renesas?

akida can be a logical choice for many ai applications in renesas.

7. What is the current progress of the evaluation board?

evaluation boards started shipping in November and these projects are going very well.

8. How is the mask making progress?

The mask set first goes to Socionext and once they are done with their engineering work, it goes to TSMC. There is no storage fee and that process continues to move forward on schedule. As mentioned previously, many of the evaluation boards are finished and shipped.
