I really hope Len is "well" prepared for this as you hoped!

Judging from his actions during this period, I hate to say it seems that he's not that well prepared after all. He needs to be more proactive in PR or crisis management or acting like a great leader in facing crisis, ie. at least try to address critical issues when appropriate and respond to "accusations" accordingly, fight for the good cause, and keep shareholders well informed throughout!!!

For the last 6 months, comments here contribute more than the company management does! Come on, Len, stand up and fight for those who have trusted you for the last 3 years! please!
