questions need to be asked of the the current directors of the company which is now closed - these directors endorsed and buy out of 0.0003 per share ? , the directors that supported this are :

1) James manning
2 timothy broodfoot

i would suggest that these directors need to be asked and held to account as to why why they did not raises concerns with the regulator as to the dealings of previous company directors.

whilst a capital loss has been taken , that's ok , i will be raising a an enquiry with asic as to whether or not the current directors have fulfilled their duties in relation to raising issues with former directors of this company - i would encourage other shareholders to do the same
