I have read a lot of nonsense lately as well as genuine concerns. Everything from what I am saying is rubbish, to losing people money and of course there are those who mock my saying happy sailing and I have even been called a messiah. Lord let me strike down those who are incompetent fools. Unfortunately the God I believe in is not a vengeful God. So here it is; This is the last weekend of october and the the last month ady will be under 2cps. Why?
1 Corporate tax in Chile is 17%. Why? I do not know. My humble guess is to encourage development and economic investment.
2 Based on mining 2.5 mt a year and a mine life of 10 years, here are the figures JA, a person with more fin expertise than those on hc has put together re: a business plan
3 Cost of production for railway is 3.15 pt and trucks won't be needed like some posters who live in the past have suggested
4 Maintainence of bridges 0.25 pt
5 Trains and mobiles 5.63 pt
6 Wharf 0.50 pt. Yes there is going to be a port
7 Shiploader (that is to load the i/o not nonsense on hc) will be 0.11 pt
8 Workers camp will be 0.31 pt I would assume that is for employees who live a long way away as scm is near major infrastucture and cities
9 Admin cost will be 0.18 pt
10 Pre drilling studies will be 0.20 pt and we have already had a 55% upgrade on 2 mines only
11 Mining of i/o the biggest expense will be 9.33 pt
12 Fuel and consumables will be 5.00 pt
Total 24.66 pt
Also should ady sign the deal to sell low grade ore and mining pieces which were useless anyway that is an additional 10 mil not bad to bring to a jv 500mt and 10 mil cash.
I note with interest the sentiment of those who criticise me and my response is to all of you and especially holders.
