You could say that the directors Dawes and Hewlett are keeping their purchases below the radar by buying small lots. The Inside Trader which covers director buy/sell has missed this one because it ignores less than $150k transactions.
But the recent buying total is very significant.

These guys have lots of 'skin' in the game. Thats got to be good for everyone else.
