Hey (for MY sake) I hope this stock goes gangbusters .. will it???? who knows.
BUT, for crying out loud I can't stand it when I read "I just spoke to the MD' .. or "I just called the CEO' .. A mate of mine once told me he use to ring the Chairman from the dudest stock in the world Cape Range, to get info from him. Now that the company is in the hands of the liquidators (has been for sometime) he realises that no good or prosperous company would have the Chariman etc. answering calls from regular, everyday shareholders.
Can we call up Kevin Rudd and see how Australia is doing?? Can we call the Queen and see what is happening with the UK ... "Mr Bush are you pulling out any of your troops" .. hell no .. you be lucky to talk to the secretary for longer than 20 seconds.
So if I hear "I talked to the MD this morning and he/she said ..." I will know that there MUST be something dodgey about the company.
Its just a shame that people have said this on a few occassions about MHL.
