@troyus, you asked who is stupid enough to buy the rights at 5.0c when you can buy them on market for 4.9c,
Well I guess thats me, BPay paid and cash sent, waiting on my new shares allocation.
Looks like the BOD, Dennis, Forrest & BBM are also that stupid enough to buy the rights.
Looks like massive top 20 & insider buying offmarket going on.

Looks like BBM & Forrest want a large majority of these shares for themselves as the onmarket price being below the rights price. This gives current disgruntled, bitter and twisted holders a disincentive to buy them considering the cuurent nickle price drop away & the long history of care & maintenance & disappointments. Looks like most retailers may have missed the boat.

So @zebster has called BBM & Forrest to end up with 50-60% while I called 60-75%.
I think BBM will apply for more than their current allocation as they wanted 1.1B shares at 6.0c so why not rather than 290M at 5.0c say another 500M at 5.0c. Will the BOD & Forrest allow them a larger stake of 30%+ so maybe they will if Forrest gets 30-40% also.

The numbers are being counted  & in 5 days we will know the tally & in 7 days shares issued -

If cash is king and high grade is king, then POS will have shiploads of both with low debt which can be converted to shares at 9c to take it debt free.

If only Forrest had ANL & Dennis had SIR at this 5c startup stage with these 2 processing plants, 6 built mines, low debt, $75M cash with 4.2%-9% high grades, $500M less debt & 3 years less building time,
if they had that then they wouldve been dreamin!
But what they had was good enough for the market to revalue ANL & SIR to a 30-100 bagger run.

Creasy aint no Forrest and nova aint no silver swan/emily ann/abi rose.
Soon black swan drilling will be engaged, drill results returned, large offtakes signed and hopefully a nice return for those bravehearts who followed the whales and insiders to buy the rights offmarket.
