    Does your word mean that all the BLR assets were pledged against a loan and if shareholders vote against the deal and the loan can not be repaid in a certain time period that the SECURED assets are lost to the grantor of the loan? And then BLR shareholders are left with nothing but the shell company?

    Is that what your word means?
