Almost every exploration/wannabe producer, raises cash to survive.

Once borehole trial licenses are approved for the Hansen project, it will be an excellent opportunity to prove the 5t ablation/borehole mining methods and it should re-ignite interest in BLR, in conjuction with rising demand for uranium and a higher spot price, imo.
