    BLR could not do what PEN has done for many reasons, which I will not list here because this is a BLR forum. Secondly, PEN has the Africa exposure that no one but the Chinese want. But you do not want my opinion so please forget what you just read.

    Will we meet at the BLR shareholder vote?
