It is my opinion that the price will only go higher once the scheme booklet is released. Also, I do know the prop traders in Sydney buy at ,3 and try to sell at ,4 . They do not pay tax or brokerage on their trades so they skim a 33% gain here . This acts as a cap until the natural buyers emerge.

The ratio of Energy Fuels and Uranez had acted the same way.

Most of the weak holders have sold .

Finally, the price was ,2 when it was suspended in late January for the merger announcement. So the share price is actually higher.
