Well, the question from anzac.kiwi was why isn't this a simple case of buy in now and cash in the ~104% premium to the share price. Well to cash in that price the WUC share price needs to hold post takeover which imo makes the way the current WUC share price trades and their future plans completely relevant. Given the takeover offer they both have a lot of influence over the BLR shareprice for a couple of reasons.
The takeover is likely to proceed (as you have said yourself Cait) based on the majority shareholders allegedly being in favour of it and the board recommending it. Therefore anyone buying in now has to be doing it on the basis that the takeover will proceed and therefore needs to consider the value of their investment post takeover. Which imo makes my earlier points completely valid.
