Very good question: "How much money exactly does WUC have, and how soon will they need to have another Cap Raise?"
As a venture issuer under NI 51-102, and assuming a 12/31/14 financial year end, WUC is not required to file its audited annual financial statements until the end of April. WUC raised $1.7 million CAD in a February private placement. Interim unaudited financial statements for the first quarter must be filed by the end of May. So we won't have a good idea of WUC's cash position for about seven weeks, when the firm issues its 3/31/15 balance sheet.
