Yes you appear to be correct. I knew she was going south when there wasa sticnk of crimininals, however now that Hanlong are gone, I picked up a few at.094c for the sock drawer, but only a very small number.
Essentially its all gambling at this stage. I would actually predict she could even go guts completely up, with no solid immediate prospects and no money to pay staff, they are in complete meltdown.
