One other comment.
If one was to believe the BIS projections then for the brave amongst us it would seem that to buy off the plan (in Sydney, at least) sometime in the next 12 months with completion 2005/2006 would make some sense.
I should, however, point out that such a plan is NOT for me. I'm a little bit too conservative to follow that path.
