The way I see it, property no matter where it is, cannot keep going up the way it has been. This is just common sense. You can't expect the majority of the population that earn an average $50,000 PA get into mortgages of $500K+, or is it $1M as we speak!
In my lifetime, I have seen lots of people lose lots of money following what the experts say. These experts usually own very little, are employees who work for someone else, and wouldn't know the first thing about investment, and running a business.
The only groups getting rich are the agents and businesses servicing this industry.
If properties are increasing in value so quickly, then why do these groups put so much emphasis on selling. You would think that if there is so much value to be made you would keep holding.
