Not to many times in the past have business groups been so enthusiastically happy about making employees better off.

No arguement that employee employer relations had swung to far in favour of the employee.

IMO if in such a situation employer grooups are complaining about changes not going far enough and unions complaining they go to far then the balance is close to be right.

But one you have one group strongly supporting the changes and the other group strongly opposing them, then there is a fair chance the changes are not balanced
