Buddy134. I think you are right for the med to large size companies, where they have 8-15 non EXE Dirs plus Chairman. For a small company like ADY or AGO, we have only 1-2 non EXE Dirs plus Chairman. In this situation do you think a Chairman or non EXE Dir has a voice. This was saddly a typical example of our ADY case. Why a Chairman or JA (new MD) let PT lied to shareholders for more than two years, he's broken every single promised. Why didn't they remove him but kept silence.
