From a speculative position, was this orchestrated to fall over in the way it did? Does the ex management of this company live in very large houses. Too many of these asx companies are used to extract wealth from gulliable investors and via various dubious means transfer the wealth to related entities, be it a kick back down the road or some other benefit. A private company would never allow these scenarios to occur but they are plentiful in the asx listed wealth transfer vehicles.
