Such actions, by coincidence or otherwise, were unheard of (at least by me) before my 10 April 2012 letter to G. Medcraft; excerpt follows.

[So my response to your letter of 23/03/12 is this:

Do you really think this much alike with WC to the point of taking us for the utter fools as your letters of 22/08/11, 23/03/12 (with many from other Unit Directors in between) clearly show me?
For how long you intend to weave, duck, zigzag, prevaricate and downright avoid the issues asked of you?
When will you take ASIC finger off “pro-forma reply” button on your keyboard and start using less visible buttons like “think”, “reason”, “fairness”?
You cite WC update of September 2011, but fail to look up WC update of July 2008.
Just compare the 2 and, as much as plus-biased you are towards WC, even you must admit that there is a Cavernous Canyon separating the 2.
One sterling headline screams from July ’08:
“Wellington’s commitment to the value recovery strategy”.

This is one of the episodes of ASIC's neglect of PIF that Inquiry Committee members need to know.
ASIC has for years fed PIF notions that WE MUST take legal actions if not satisfied with WC management; yet in the article just shown, ASIC exercised ALL the POWERS of its Authority to REMOVE a managing director of no lesser a stature than J. HUTSON.

If there are more of such examples among you, please insert them into your submissions POST HASTE.
