    Please understand I'm not cross promoting and I am not a shareholder of the other company but FAR has just announced a JV partner at their Senegal Project!!!

    It seems a fair and reasonable JV agreement where FAR retain a 25# WI!!!

    I hope WHN isn't setting their sights to high to the point where they are not able to meet their drilling requirements and loose the licence!

    Any JV agreement should be looked at on its merits because what's 25% of 0 whn directors????
