    davidoff - this dispute relates not to what type of cancer is being tested for, but what sample is used as the basis for a test for cancer.

    FER currently uses hair samples and has a patent relating to this.
    Dr James is now seeking to use fingernails, but still (as far as I know) looking for breast cancer.
