    AZZ's Permian assets are almost undeveloped, and the acquirer wants a lot of continuus acerage ........(and so paid a premium for AZZ's dirt (imho)).

    SEA has PDP / PUD worth -550-600m ......
    its undeveloped acreage could be worth 200m +/-
    adjust for net debt
    subtract 3 times GG&A (say 50m)

    and its "worth" substantially more (multiples) of current S.P.

    looks very good value to me !
