get over 90% (which they'd probably get 99%, just by putting the offer back on the table.)
de-list the company from ASX.
prepare an IPO with Singapore Stock Exchange.
this new company is registered in Singapore, there's the reason.
staying on the ASX has NO appeal, people can smell the stench from a mile away.
thus they'll never get ahead on the ASX, blown any chances by playing games with so-called great offer.
