I for one totally agree. I have voiced my opinion and constantly get shot down by certain individuals that share a different opinion so I became a vigilantly that was out to condone and call out bad behaviour. What I have realised is that I have been calling out behaviour by behaving badly. I will not apologise to those individuals but will offer a forum apology to those who have had to read the posts.
I will not change my stance on believing in our assets but having doubt about the capabilities of management in particular our chairman getting us to the level that we should be at. If that opinion gets other users blood boiling sobeit .
