Bot-trading is legal ... but the ASX in their wisdom allows brokers to "self-regulate" their use of it!
Ridiculous!!
Thats like putting a 6 year old in charge of a Darrel Lea chocolate shop and telling him he can sell chocolates, but cant eat any himself! It just aint gonna happen!
Legal "bot" trading is used illegally everyday, and the ASX knows it, and ignores it ... unless forced to do something.
This is just one case back in 2007!! How many other stocks did these crooked brokers manipulate at the same time, and how many other brokers & their employed traders have done so since?
Hundreds!
