If they can hold out to 20-30c before the next raisings it would make a strong base for retaining value and since they only have in house design work now to be done, with minimal drilling, they should be able to stretch it out.

Details on the offtake agreements are key here. With the offtakes, they can negotiate up any future cap raisings even if the market share price is depressed and get the shares valued on what the company has in place, not at current market.
