    Also, how does FCC make money off a LOC if the customer never uses it? Perhaps there is an annual fee like on an Amex. If every trial video opened an LOC that collected an annual fee then there’s a small amount of cash for FCC.

    Better yet, pay the annual fee from the account and you can charge interest on it as well.
