    Good questions. I've had a look at their website and it seems they offer quite a few services but don't disclose all of the details as they are "commercial in confidence". I also read that they do tailor services to suit a business model as well.

    I see that they do have franchising available as well so they must make money from that somehow.

    Plus we know they are getting a 24% commission.
